Thandikulam to Omanthai railway operational

Minister of Transport Kumara Welgama declared open the restored railway tracks from Thandikulam to Omanthai which was inactive for the past 21 years, a short while ago. The railway track was restored under the ‘Uthuru Wasanthaya' programme. (Rifthy Ali)

    Speeding up is possible if the huge allocation is fully utilized, but too many party involvement absorbs an exorbitant amount delivering a small parcel.
