Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao had talks with the Eastern Province Chief Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan (Pillayan) and the Eastern Province Governor Mohan Wijewickrama this morning.

The Foreign Secretary, at the two separate meetings held in Trincomalee, discussed the post war developments in the East as well as other related issues, officials told Daily Mirror online.

During the discussion, the Indian foreign secretary said the Indian government will construct 10,000 houses for war displaced persons in the East.

Will see which force is more effective/powerful ? KP's NERDO or CM's workforce. Are they going to work together for both North and East? or two different plans for each province ensuring no re-merge.

I can see the HOLY ASH on the forhead of Pillayan.Perhaps to indicate that he is holier than Nirupama in their respective fields
