Make or break talks between the United National Front (UNF) leaders, which were scheduled to be held this evening has been postponed till tomorrow afternoon, informed sources told Daily Mirror.

Tomorrow's talks will be held at the residence of Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) leader Rauff Hakeem. UNF leader Ranil Wickremesinghe, Democratic People’s Front leader Mano Ganesan and SLFP (M) Wing leader Mangala Samaraweera are to participate in the talks.

The talks are aimed at resolving a dispute over the national list slot of the alliance which led to the DPF breaking splitting from the UNF. (YP)

One of God's arrangements is that after winter there should come beautiful spring days. It happens every year and it happens in every life.

Ranil, you made an unususal error. Seventh parliament is going to be a tough house. UNF needs men and women who can stand up. Mano is first among them. He is UNF's Tamil voice and Rauf is the Muslim Voice.

Both of them vulnerable and can change from UNF to UPFA at a glance if something is offered. Better to let these two split away. Hakeem's history is evident for that. Mano is following those footsteps.

RW, please show all UNP supporters that you do have a backbone - No political rejects to be allowed through the "back door," to parliament! Mano is not the only "experienced" politican rejected by the people. Respect the "voice" of the people!

As long as ranil is the leader, it doesnt matter if its the UNP or UNF or any other things. He is a born loser

RW step down and appoint s leader who will not bend to any ones request and demand. The true UNP'ers are watching whats happening and all will support.
