“Nelum Pokuna” the Lotus Pond or the Mahinda Rajapaksa National Performing Arts Theatre was declared open this evening by President Rajapaksa. Vice President of Chinese Republican Committee, Sang Chiang participated in the inauguration ceremony as the special chief guest. Pix by Nisal Baduge
