Colombo Additional Magistrate Aruni Attigalle yesterday directed Prisons Chief to produce Duminda Silva in the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court on January 5 for the hearing of three bribery cases filed against him on charges of not declaring his assets and liabilities for three years.
The Bribery Commission had filed three separate cases against Mr. Silva under the Assets and Liabilities Act for not declaring his assets in 2010, 2011 and 2013.
The Colombo High Court sentenced him to death after being convicted of the murder of Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra. (Shehan Chamika Silva)

Why dont they just go ahead and hang him? That will finally put him out of all this misery. It will also relieve us of the bother of reading about this clown.
