This should apply to only large estates not to small tea estates which is under 50 acres. Otherwise the small tea estates will go bankrupt and the estate workers will lose their employment.

Those who pronated here were not State Workers> All state workers are working in Colombo and suburbs. They are working super jobs in Colombo and went special for this political game.
