A legal officer in a State bank had been accused of sexually abusing two women employees in the same office, the Daily Mirror learned today.
The two victims have already lodged a complaint with the Mirihana Police, the Police said.
According to one of the victims the suspect had accused the victims of filing petitions to the management against him and threatened them.
“He came so close to me almost leaning against my body and abused me while scolding me with filth. This is despite me explaining to him that we have not filed any petitions against him,” one complaint said.
“We were compelled to lodge a complaint with the Police as he had been verbally abusing women employees at the Bank branch,” the complaint said. (Yohan Perera)

“He came so close to me almost leaning against my body and abused me while scolding me with filth.." How do you sexually abuse someone "almost leaning against my body"? This is more verbal harassment than sexual abuse. The complaint should be investigated and if proven guilty this vermin should be interdicted and blacklisted in all banks.

This Legal officer should be sacked and handed-over to the Police.

The Legal officer should be brought to the streets and dragged and tied to the light post publicly until he admits his mistake. No mercy should be shown to such criminals.

At present more females are working in the bank than the males, with sexual harassment in future better to be 100% female.

Unless proven in a court of Law, these are just accusations.. The famous card played by women to get out of situations coming against them due to their own actions and mistakes.
