what kind of law is this ? you should at least give life in prison punishment to the murderer. what is the point if someone can do a murder get rid of the punishment paying money ?

I believe it is up to the victims family. They could either request blood money or the maximum punishment. So it will be their choice.

She is dead and gone and you cannot get back her life so demand a wholesome(not peanuts) and let the immediate kith and kin of the effected party benefit....i mean that is why she went there risking her life.I hope the Foreign Employment Minister do the needful.
