Samantha Jayalath, the elder brother of Dunesh Priyashantha alias ‘Kondaya’, who is in remand custody in connection with the killing of Seya Sadewmi, was brought to the Borella Genetech Institute for a DNA test a short while ago.

Whats more evil than the murder of Seya, is when a civilized government prosecutes innocents. criminals do things due mental illness or whatever, but there is no justifiable excuse for a civilized society to deprive basic human liberties whether innocent or guilty.

I agree. The rape and murder of poor little Seya was a horrific crime, but the arrest and torture of a 17 year old schoolboy who had nothing to do with it is worse. The policemen who assaulted him as well as the perverted police officer who took nude pictures of this boy who is legally a child, should be prosecuted for child abuse. What is the Child Protection Authority doing? Are they there only to check orphanages for child abuse?

HE CONFESSED IN-FRONT OF MAGISTRATE. IF HIS DNA DIFFERENT WITH RAPPER DNA, WHAT WILL BE THE EFFECT ON INVESTIGATION.
