Kondaya said he confessed only because he was afraid of the cops.

The Pink Panther would have done a better job. The IGP should accept responsibility and resign.

The result of a very inefficient police. How can the death penalty be imposed ? No way!

That is why there is a court system where only a judge can impose the death penalty..

Why all these confession stuff when the crime can be simply solved by the DNA test

possibly was tortured by the police to get a confession like they did to the school boy and the other suspects. It seems the SL system is not adequate/professional enough to conduct an investigation!

it is not seems like, it is known truth. The police need proper training like armies are trained. also need to be educated with human rights and latest technology etc

    Possibly ? Tuesday, 6 October 2015 08:08

Why do you say "possibly" ? . There is no doubt of photographing (not the face ! ), and arm twisting (literally) in all instances of police inquiry.

I wonder who will confess next to the same crime. Confessions are coming out like rabbits out of the hat for the Police.

    Rabbits ? Tuesday, 6 October 2015 08:17

Rabbits ? - confessions are coming due to "man handling" (not by female constables) of "personal effects ! "

Police is loosing credibility. This is what happen when police instead of conducting proper investigation force suspects to confess.

The Police never had any credibility in the first instance to lose it !!

If this happens in MR era, there will be no such problems. That school boy might have killed already while searching guns. This good governance clowns ridiculing our police force.

The whole village is gonna confess to the crime before the police is done with this. Scotland yard should take a leaf out of our police force.
