I like Ranjan as a politician. But sometime this guy talks out of tune...Appointing defeated MPS from National List is a serious problem. Ranjan should not try to white wash bad decisions taken by the president.

Maybe but it is the principal that we are worried about-we kicked them out to make it easier fort the law to punish them but now the tug-o-war has begun!!!

Will they (NL MPS) allow to re activate the bribery and irruption commission while holding cabinet minster positions?

Same old story, even the ones who are custody are still waitng to be produced to courts. What else, you will not be able to send anybody to Prison once the National government is in power.

With that being said, we look forward to results now.

People should stop taking You seriously! You are the real joker here,,,,,so you are actually admitting that those MPs rejected through the National list-which includes your fellow MPs from your Party- are criminals?? Really Ranjan, you serve your party much better when you keep your mouth shut.

This guy must be thinking that people are fools. What a disgrace to say that rejects by the people are good to be in the parliament and confirm that they will go to jail.Your leaders are discouraging people from voting in future elections.

A political party that does not respect the sentiments of the public are only a self seeking group of people. The appointments made thru the National List is to bolster their gains. The appointments in ALL parties leaves much to be desired. It is better to scrap the NL appointments altogether as it does not serve the purpose it was meant to.Will the coming Parliament do it. The answer is a resounding NO.They work for their own benefits. Just wait and see, very soon they will all get FREE PERMITS to import cars. How many MPs will say no to this !

Ranjan is completely wrong.Defeated candidates must not be taken from the NL. End the story.
Aquarius Thursday, 27 August 2015 12:39 PM
No one rejected by the people should be anywhere near the parliament and all investigations should continue and punished according to the law. Nothing more and nothing less!
