Calistus Jayatilleke Sunday, 12 July 2015 03:04 PM
Excellent move: now the road ahead is clear - a battle between gentlemen and the rogues. Obviously, the good guys are bound to win.
Ukkun putha Sunday, 12 July 2015 11:33 AM
Hi, Hi, Hi what is good governance? Is it another word for good mega deals.
Nims Sunday, 12 July 2015 10:32 AM
"UNP approves ‘United National Front for Good Governance" - Excellent!!! Congratulations!!! we have been waiting for this for few decades. Give an example to everyone who support your concept by sending Mahendran to FCID.
simon Sunday, 12 July 2015 03:29 AM
UNP should contest alone so when they elected they have the freedom to go ahead with their future agenda
Mevan Sunday, 12 July 2015 02:50 AM
I always supported the UNP but I respected SLFP as a party with decent politicians. It is pathatic to see that SLFP is going to be ruined by a bunch of thugs from Medamoosala and US. Their sole aim was to make money and for this they looked the other way when drug dealers, rapists, commission grabbers and criminals were ruining this country.
Sri Lankan Sunday, 12 July 2015 01:44 AM
Congratulations! One of the best moves made by the UNP for the country. Now people can decide easily which side they want as their representatives, rogues or gentlemen. Enough is enough. Time to go forward with genuine developments, not for personal benefits. I pray that our people will understand that what is important is good policies, not personalities. We do not need a Hitler to run a country. We are not going for a war. We need good governance and good laws and policies. Freedom and responsibility. Honesty and Love for the country. Jayawewa. A Truly Sri Lankan.
