If the BC has summoned them there must be reasoble problems that has to inquired and why is this fuss.If they have not done anything wrong then what is this kalabala.Basil should be taken in to custody as soon as he arrives and then brought to BC foe questioning.Otherwise he will prepare bogus documents with the help of other culprits.
