President Mahinda Rajapaksa will constitute the five member Parliamentary Council in the next couple of days as Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa had forwarded the two nominees sent by Prime Minister D.M. Jayaratne and opposition leader Ranil Wickramasinghe on Friday.
