Shame on him. Being a minister never changed him. What an unruly character.

well said, cheap exposure. They would have missed the opportunity to protest. they could also claim that the Governor of the CB was not reappointed because they protested.

When, at a time PM of the countr have announced that the governor of the CB will not be reappointed , this so called stunt performed by the joint opposition raises questions as to their intentions. We are hoping that the joint opposition performs and Honourable duty for the masses by genuinely opposing anything detrimental to our economy, society and The country instead acting the goat in the streets seeking cheap exposure and becoming a reason for more chaos.

if there is a barricade kept by the police, you are not suppose to go over it, that is the rule and the common sense. if you do not have "it" then getting injured and staying in the hospital is a better choice.
BASKARAN Friday, 24 June 2016 01:34 PM
These are the rotten parliamentarians who have been voted to power by the voters. What an example they try to enter the barricades forcibly, is this the type of example they give the general public. All the rogues should have been arrested longtime ago. Sad state for us.

If the Yahapalana government kept all those who had corrupt dealings while in the previous regime, under house arrest till the legal proceedings are over, these injuries wouldn't have happened.
