Humbug, this is bus operators responsibility. Stop beggars and touts, loud music and horns, undisciplined driving, issue tickets and give proper change.

Beggars at signal lights has to be stopped, if they get injured, innocent vehicle drivers get arrested. Municipality council members are getting ready for the election, why cannot they take action for all these years.
