Under-17 Cricket Rehan steers St. Peter’s to massive win

Rehan Soysa shone for St. Peter’s in their massive 181-run win over De La Salle Mutwal in the under-17 inter-school limited-over tournament encounter played at Modara.

Rehan cracked a 90-ball ton inclusive of 18 boundaries and a six and shared a valuable 87-run stand for the fourth wicket with Sandaru Meedum, who made 87 in 51 balls, which included nine boundaries and six sixes, to help St. Peter’s, taking first lease of the wicket, to make a formidable score of 275 runs. De La Salle, in their run chase, was bundled out for a low score of 94 runs.
