South Asian Cross Country Meet on January 15

The South Asian Cross Country Championship 2022, conducted by the South Asian Athletic Federation (SAAF), will be held on January 15 in Nagaland, India. 

The meet will be conducted in junior and senior categories for men and women with each team comprising four competitors.

Sri Lanka Athletics (SLA) have accepted the invitation from the SAAF to participate in this event and a selection trial will be held in December to pick the potential athletes.
