Ruwanwella Rajasinghe School in two volleyball finals

Ruwanwella Rajasinghe Central College has secured qualification for both the Under 19 boys and girls finals of the 23rd DSI Supersports Inter-School Volleyball Tournament 2025, scheduled to be held tomorrow at the Sugathdasa Indoor Stadium, Colombo.

In the Under 19 boys’ final, Ruwanwella Rajasinghe will face President’s College, Naththandiya, while the Under 19 girls’ final will see them compete against Vijayaba National School.

Earlier in the day, the Under 17 girls final between Vijayaba Central College Mahawa and Vijayaba National School, Hungama will start at 8:00 am followed by the Under 17 boys’ final between Walasmulla National School, Hambantota and Ruwanwella Rajasinghe Central College.

The tournament, jointly organized by the Sri Lanka Schools Volleyball Association, the Ministry of Education and the Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation (SLVB), has witnessed the participation of over 5,000 schools at district and provincial levels.
