Asian Youth Athletics Selection Trial this weekend

Over 200 competitors are set to compete in the 2022 Asian Youth Athletics Championships first selection trial, which will be held on November 13 and 14 at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo.

The Asian Youth Athletics Championships will be held in March, 2022 in Kuwait and those who are under 18 years will be eligible to participate in the selection trials.

Sri Lanka Athletics Vice-President (Technical and Media) G. L. S. Perera said that athletes who perform well at the selection trials will be picked for the national pool.
