The dynamic duo behind R&R Entertainment comprises Roy Piyaratne and Rizvan Musafer, both proud alumni of St. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia. Roy, the Marketing Director at Westgate International, brings extensive experience in managing large-scale interior design and construction projects across diverse industries. He channels the same strategic leadership and organisational skills into the entertainment space, having been the driving force behind the hugely popular Thomian 90s Nite, organised by the STC '93 batch, for the past five years. As Event Director, he has consistently delivered hugely successful and unforgettable music events, marked by seamless execution and vibrant energy. A versatile and dynamic personality, Roy was a decorated sportsman in his youth and remains a passionate music enthusiast. His infectious energy, ebullience, charisma, and natural flair for social engagement make him the ideal figure to spearhead high-profile events like Echo Vibes.

Rizvan Musafer is a seasoned veteran in the entertainment industry, bringing a wealth of experience to Echo Vibes. As Director at Fusion Media and Entertainment, he has perfected the art of blending cutting-edge LED technology with dynamic event production. Rizvan’s innovative touch has illuminated some of Sri Lanka’s most iconic occasions—from the electrifying Schools Rugby League matches and prestigious Royal-Thomian Cricket encounters to vibrant commercial events and legendary Colombo school reunions. Known as the technical maestro behind mesmerising lighting and spectacular special effects, Rizvan is set to elevate Echo Vibes to an entirely new level of retro brilliance.
