Traditional Avurudu Sajjaya

Cinnamon Grand Colombo welcomed Sinhala and Tamil New Year in true traditional style at Nugagama recently.The invitees, all dressed in the Sri Lankan attire, enjoyed an evening with traditional sweetmeats, rhythmic beats of rabana drums and various avurudu games such as ‘blind pot breaking’ and ‘aliyata aha thabeema’. Delightful culinary experiences, cultural festivities and memorable moments were experienced by all.
