History was made in Sri Lankan cinema with the premiere screening of ‘Clarence - Rhythm of the Guitar’ at KCC Multiplex in Kandy recently. This marked the first ever musical biopic in the nation’s film history, and was produced by Thusitha Wijayasena and directed by Theja Iddamalgoda. The red carpet event was graced by the movie’s cast and a host of special invitees.
