Colombo Archbishop Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith criticized the free market economy in Sri Lanka alleging that it was designed to exploit the poor.

Meanwhile the Cardinal said that over 1000 containers lie in the sea bed which need to be removed, to avoid further destruction of our oceans.
