Independence Talks!!!

Defence Secretary Kamal Gunaratne, Chief of Defence Staff General Shavendra Silva and Army Commander Lt. General Vikum Liyanage seen having a friendly chat at the Independence Day rehearsals held at the Galle Face Green today.
