Ban the politician?

The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, currently visiting Jaffna, follows a local politicaql tradition of carrying babies when he met with amilies in Veemam Kamam resettlement site. During his visit to Jaffna he also met with the Governor of Northern Province, Mr. Reginald Cooray the Leader of the Opposition and of the Tamil National Alliance R.
