Aayu+ for early cancer detection

A social media initiative by the name ‘Aayu+’ was launched at the Blood bank in Narahenpita this morning to make people aware of early detection of cancer, treatment and palliative care. People can access Aayu+ through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube. The initiative was launched by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Representative for Sri Lanka, Ritsu Nacken, in collaboration with the National Cancer Control Programme. Pix by Kithsiri de Mel
