The Associations of Tour Guides and Tour Drivers yesterday held a protest

The Associations of Tour Guides and Tour Drivers yesterday held a protest with Israeli nationals at the Independence Square in Colombo. The protest was held to urge the authorities to protect the Israeli nationals coming to Sri Lanka. After a surprise attack by Hamas on Israeli civilians last week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday declared that his country was “at a war”. The raging of the Israel-Hamas war has led to a rising death toll in Israel and Palestine.
