Aitken Spence among Top 10 Companies

Aitken Spence PLC was honoured among the Top 10 Companies at the inaugural EFC National Best Employer Awards 2025, held recently at Galle Face Hotel.

The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC) launched EFC National Best Employer Awards 2025 to identify and celebrate organisations that demonstrate exceptional people-centric practices and a strong commitment to social responsibility in their pursuit of business excellence within a global context. These awards aim to establish a credible and aspirational national benchmark for organisational excellence, while contributing meaningfully to the development of Sri Lanka’s workforce.
