Walk for Cancer commences

‘Trail’, a unique initiative to raise funds to develop  cancer hospitals in the country, commenced its second phase to raise funds for a similar facility at Karapitiya, Galle. The 28-day journey which commenced on the 6th October from Point Pedro, Jaffna, will conclude in 4 weeks at Dondra Point, Matara. It is hoping to raise Rs.750 million from the public and well-wishers. The public can contribute to the cause via eZ Cash, as well as Dialog customers can contribute via Star Points, SMS and Dialog Customer Care Centres island wide. Dialog Axiata PLC has stepped in as the Platinum Sponsor of Trail 2016.
