Join the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID) at the Cedar Room, Cinnamon Grand today and get the directors’ perspective as to why it is difficult for women to break through the corporate ‘glass ceiling’ in Sri Lanka despite women achieving leadership roles in professions, academia and the judiciary. There is also networking opportunity from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and after the event.
“The laws of economics and many studies of diversity tell us that if we tapped the entire pool of human resources and talent, our collective performance would improve … when more people get in the race, more records will be broken.
