Macksons Holdings donates Rs.15mn to Rebuilding Sri Lanka Fund

Macksons Holdings made a generous contribution of Rs.15 million to the government’s Rebuilding Sri Lanka Fund, established to provide relief and support to the communities affected by Cyclone Ditwah. 

The company’s Chairman Milfer Makeen formally handed over the donation at the Presidential Secretariat, to Secretary to President Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, on December 9. 

This meaningful contribution reflects Macksons Holdings’ deep empathy and concern for families and communities facing significant challenges due to the disaster. The company emphasises the importance of solidarity and collective responsibility during times of national hardship.
