Janashakthi Life, emerged proudly at SLIM National Sales Awards (SLIM NSA) 2025, Sri Lanka’s most prestigious platform dedicated to recognising the country’s most outstanding sales professionals. 

This year’s event saw four exceptional individuals from Janashakthi Life being honoured for their outstanding achievements, a true reflection of the company’s strong culture of performance, commitment and people-driven success. 

Kavishka Perera secured the coveted Best of the Best award as Outstanding Sales Executive of the Year 2025, along with the Gold in the Sales Executive Category for Life Insurance. This dual recognition marks an exceptional milestone not only for Kavishka but also for Janashakthi Life, underlining the company’s dedication to nurturing and empowering high-performing talent.

Adding to the company’s impressive tally, M.D. Priyadarshika earned Bronze in the Frontliner Category (Life Insurance), A. Niromi was awarded Bronze in the Sales Executive Category (Life Insurance) and Lakshan Perera secured Silver in the Sales Manager Category for his overall performance at a national level.
