ICTA warns against unauthorised use of logo by training institutes

• emphasised notice does not apply to workshops or awareness programmes officially conducted by agency for its stakeholders

The Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) has issued a public warning against unauthorised use of its logo by the training institutes.

According to the agency, no organisation has been authorised to use the ICTA logo and any such action is considered illegal. The ICTA has stated it would take appropriate legal action against the institutions found engaging in this practice.

The agency also clarified that it does not conduct or partner with any training institutes to offer ICT courses or monitor or validate courses conducted by third parties.

The ICTA emphasised that the notice does not apply to workshops or awareness programmes officially conducted by the agency for its stakeholders.
