Exterminators once again certified as a Great Place to Work

Exterminators PLC, Asia’s first Great Place to Work-certified pest management company, announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row.
This achievement reaffirms its commitment to creating an environment that fosters learning, development and success for its staff members. 
The certification was awarded after an independent audit and certification process conducted by the renowned organisation Great Place to Work, which evaluated its company across various focus areas. Exterminators PLC excelled in the Trust Index, scoring high points in all focus areas during the certification process. 

One of its notable achievements is the staff retention rate of 100 percent and the attrition rate of zero percent in the past 12 months. To further support its employees, it has implemented several initiatives such as increasing wages in the range of 25 percent–100 percent since January 2022, introducing inflationary and disciplinary allowances, providing two meals a day for technical and minor staff and offering financial support for education. 
Additionally, it has sponsored skill development programmes to enhance capacity within its workforce and recently, the company held its Pest Awards 2023 to recognise and appreciate its employees. It also takes pride in the representation of women employees in its workforce. 

According to the latest statistics, the company boasts an impressive 100 percent representation of women in its operations division, with 91 percent of in-house staff, 57 percent of managers and assistant managers, 50 percent representation in both sales and marketing roles and 50 percent of the senior leadership team being women. This demonstrates the firm belief that women possess the necessary skills, professionalism and agility to excel in these crucial positions. With their dedication and expertise, Exterminators has been able to weather the storms of external shocks with resilience and come out on top.
