Sanjaya Mohottala assumes duties as BOI Chairman

Current Director General Sanjaya Mohottala has assumed duties as the Chairman of Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka.

His promotion comes in the wake of the resignation of Susantha Ratnayake as the BOI Chairman last week.

Until a new Director General is appointed, Mohottala will also function as the acting Director General of BOI.

BOI directly falls under the purview of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
