Re-correct answer scripts papers: Sajith

UNP Deputy Leader Sajith Premadasa today requested the education authorities to cancel the results of the GCE advanced Level Examination and subject all question papers to a process of re-correction in order to do justice to the students who have been affected by the errors of results.

Mr. Premadasa said in a statement today that this is essential so that the children who have sat for the examination could plan their future effectively.

The UNP Deputy Leader said education authorities including the Minister and the Commissioner General of Examination should take the responsibility for this blunder. (Yohan Perera)
