Yoshitha gets bail in Mihindu Mawatha property case

Yoshitha Rajapaksa was today released on bail over the inquiry conducted against him under the Money Laundering Act in connection with a property at Mihindu Mawatha in Dehiwala.

Mount Lavinia Magistrate Mohammad Sabdeen granted bail with three sureties of one million each.

Earlier, Yoshitha was noticed to appear in Court to answer to the allegations levelled against him.

The inquiry was put off for August 11.(Shehan Chamika Silva)
