Vigneswaran wants Int’l judges in probe

Northern Province Chief Minister C.V.Vigneswaran today said that the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) could consider an investigation on war crimes only if they are carried out by a mechanism with International Judges because they no longer had confidence on the existing mechanism. (Romesh Madushanka)
