Total Covid-19 cases swell to 9,791 with 172 more fresh cases

A total of 172 more Covid-19 cases were reported swelling the total positive cases detected so far to 9,791, the Government Information Department said.

Out of the cases, 119 were reported from quarantine centres while 467 are identified as close contacts of the Peliyagoda cluster.
