UPFA MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into serious acts of fraud, corruption and abuse of power (PRECIFAC) this morning to give a statement in connection with the construction of a building at a land belonging to the Railway Department in Nawalapitiya during the previous government.
