Not satisfied with speech written to me by my officials: Lal Kantha

Colombo, March 12 (Daily Mirror) - Minister of Agriculture K.D. Lal Kantha said he decided to make his own speech today instead of the one which was written for him by his Ministry officials.

"The officias of my Ministry had written a speech for me as per the tradition. However, I am making my own speech today as I am not satisfied with the one which was written for me by my Ministry officials," he said.
