New chairman appointed to Sri Jayawardenapura hospital

Colombo, July 29 (Daily Mirror) -  Dr. Thamara Kalubovila has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Sri Jayawardenapura General Hospital, following the resignation of Dr. Jayanga Tilakaratna, sources confirmed.

Dr. Tilakaratna tendered his resignation to the Minister of Health, and the Ministry has officially approved Dr. Kalubovila as his successor.

Dr. Kalubovila currently serves as the Director of the National Institute of Health Sciences (NIHS)
