Mahiyanganaya Additional District Judge interdicted

Mahiyangana Supernumerary Additional District Judge Rangani Gamage has been interdicted with immediate effect by the Judicial Service Commission, following several complaints received regarding her conduct as a judicial officer.

Sources told the Daily Mirror that the Additional District Judge had allegedly harassed litigants and members of the Bar, and had also reportedly delivered unlawful orders.
