Health workers too postpone TU action

Colombo, March 5 (Daily Mirror) - The Federation of Health Professionals (FHP) has decided to call off its planned token strike scheduled for tomorrow following discussions with Health Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, Joint Convenor Ravi Kumudesh said.

The Government Medical Officers’ Association (GMOA) also announced yesterday that it will withdraw its planned strike action after a meeting with the Minister.
