Gota leaves CID after statement

Colombo,January 17 (Daily Mirror) -Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa appeared at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today (17) and provided a statement before leaving the premises.

The CID had summoned Rajapaksa as part of an investigation into an electricity connection linked to a property in Kataragama registered under the name of G. Rajapaksa.
