Stafford and Chan, a Global Corporate Training and Coaching Company based out of Singapore celebrated 27 years of their unwavering commitment to People Development in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and the Middle East. Heads of Human Resource Divisions and Heads in Learning and Development, graced the occasion at the Asylum Restaurant on the 28th of January 2022. It was an evening of fellowship and networking, enjoyed by all, after an arduous two years of virtual meetings and virtual training. At the event, Ayanthi Philip and Sharlyn Stafford, the two Directors, spoke to the guests about the Harrison Psychometric tool they have been using very successfully for nine years in the areas of recruitment, promotions, development and coaching. Stafford and Chan are Distributors of Harrison Assessments in Sri Lanka and go through regular training and accreditation with Harrison International. The Directors also discussed the current trends in Corporate Training where Effective and Impactful Communication, Coaching and Mentoring Teams and Emotional Intelligence appear to be very popular programs in Sri Lanka. The need for teams to effectively communicate was a key highlight in the discussions.
