MP Sagara Kariyawasam said that the Parliamentary debate on the Domestic Debt Restructuring (DDR) process was limited to one day following discussions with the government and opposition.
"The opposition were concerned of the strategy and its adverse impacts on the country. But as there is no such impact, I think it was agreed to conclude the debate in one day," he said.
