Colombo, April 8 (Daily Mirror) - In preparation for the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, the Prisons Department has arranged to allow visitors to see inmates on April 12 and 13.
All prison facilities have been arranged to accept food, sweets and hygiene items brought by inmates' relatives from home, adhering to existing rules and implementing proper health and safety protocols. These items will be provided in quantities suitable for one person only.
