Commenting on controversial audio clips now going viral on social media platforms, former state minister Ranjan Ramanyake said he, as a minister who was committed to expose illegal and fraudulent acts, had to discuss matters with people representing various social strata.
He said he used different tactics to extract information from some sources, inspired by the movie Mafia.
He said he had to talk to several top CID officials regarding such matters, as the minister who lodged the most number of complaints against corrupt individuals.
He said he had in his possession details of fraud and corruption involving several people and vowed to expose them at the right time.(Sujith Hewajulige)
